Known to many as the Wildlife Gadget Man, Jason Alexander has spent the last 15 years designing award winning  wildlife camera systems for individuals, schools, conservation organisations and TV as well as sharing his wildlife adventures via his award winning blog wildlifegadgetman.com.

He loves nothing better than helping parents and grandparents encourage their kids to get outdoors and be more active by showing them how to use technology to inspire kids to want to go outdoors and explore.

Jason is also the founder of Rubbish Walks CIC (rubbishwalks.co.uk), an award winning social enterprise based in beautiful Suffolk raising awareness about the issues of single use plastics, litter and waste in general across Suffolk and far beyond.

In March 2019 he proudly received a ‘Points Of Light’ award from the Prime Minister and  later that year was announced as Suffolk’s ‘Green Hero’ at the Creating The Greenest County Awards.

One of his key passions is raising awareness about the issues of cigarette butt litter. To date he has picked up over 600,000 cigarette butts as part of his #1millionbutts campaign and has also designed and launched the world’s first Charity Cigarette Butt Bin. This interactive cigarette butt bin nudges smokers to dispose of their cigarette butt correctly whilst simultaneously raising money for local charities.
